Terms of Use
Last updated September 15, 2026.
Do not use this website if you think you may have a medical emergency. Call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, contact your local crisis center, call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LongevityX MD website and related online services (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
LongevityX MD is a telehealth brand. Independent licensed clinicians provide clinical care. Medications, when prescribed, are prepared and dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies. LongevityX MD is not the compounding pharmacy and does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medication.
Clinical services may be delivered in collaboration with OpenLoop Health, Inc. and its affiliated professional entities. Telehealth care is also subject to the OpenLoop Telehealth Consent and, where applicable, OpenLoop’s Terms of Use.
1. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how this Website collects and uses information. Protected health information created in connection with treatment is handled under OpenLoop’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page unless law requires additional notice. Your continued use of the Website after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. This Website does not provide medical advice
Content on the Website is for general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed clinician. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider about your own health before making care decisions. “Provider” means an independent licensed clinician or professional entity that provides clinical services to you through or in connection with LongevityX MD.
No medication is offered to every visitor. A licensed clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate after reviewing your intake, history, and any required labs.
4. Telehealth and independent licensed clinicians
If you request care, you may complete an intake and, where appropriate, a telehealth visit with a licensed clinician. You understand that:
- LongevityX MD does not itself practice medicine. Licensed clinicians exercise independent professional judgment.
- Telehealth has limits compared with in-person care. Some conditions require an in-person exam or emergency services.
- You must review and agree to the Telehealth Consent before treatment.
- Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed clinician determines they are clinically appropriate and lawful in your state.
5. Compounding disclaimer
Some medications available through this program may be compounded by licensed partner pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. They are not claimed to be FDA-approved, and LongevityX MD does not promote them as FDA-approved, as “safe,” or as clinically proven. Availability depends on clinical judgment, pharmacy capacity, and applicable law.
6. Pharmacy partners and fulfillment
Where a licensed clinician issues a prescription, it may be sent to a partner pharmacy or another pharmacy permitted by law. You authorize transmission of prescription information for dispensing and shipment. LongevityX MD does not compound or dispense these products.
Current pharmacy partners include:
- Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy
1240 East 100 South, Suite 220, St. George, UT 84790
- Health Warehouse
7107 Industrial Rd., Florence, KY 41042
- Precision Medicine
2657 Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY 11710
- Triad Rx
26258 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL 36526
- Prescriptions may be transferred among pharmacies for fulfillment, availability, pricing, or operational reasons, consistent with law and your instructions.
- Shipping times are estimates and may change because of pharmacy processing, verification, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
- Some medications require refrigeration or other special handling. You are responsible for receiving shipments promptly and following storage instructions.
- Keep all medications out of reach of children. Some products may ship in non-child-resistant packaging when permitted.
7. State coverage
Services are available in all 50 states and Washington D.C. Medication and product availability varies based on clinical appropriateness, applicable federal and state laws, or other regulatory requirements. Not all therapies are available in all states. Availability is subject to change.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Website. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Website only for lawful purposes.
9. Communications and electronic signatures
By creating an account or submitting an intake, you consent to receive electronic communications from LongevityX MD and its clinical and pharmacy partners at the email address or phone number you provide. These may include operational notices about your request or account. Promotional messages, if any, will include a way to opt out. Electronic clicks, checkboxes, and signatures have the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.
10. Your use of the Website
You may use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Website; impersonate LongevityX MD or any clinician; introduce malware; or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Payment
If you purchase services when checkout is available, you authorize charges to the payment method you provide, including applicable taxes. Services are generally offered on a cash-pay basis and are not billed to insurance unless we say otherwise. We do not guarantee reimbursement by insurance, HSA, or FSA. Recurring programs, if offered, will disclose billing cadence and cancellation cutoffs before you enroll. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
12. Intellectual property
The Website, including the LongevityX MD name, wordmark, and related marks, is owned by LongevityX MD or its licensors. You receive no license to use those marks except as needed to use the Website as intended. Product names of medications remain the marks of their respective owners.
13. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party sites, including OpenLoop and pharmacy websites. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONGEVITYX MD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Information on the Website may be incomplete or out of date.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONGEVITYX MD AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542 to the extent permitted.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify LongevityX MD and its affiliates, clinicians’ professional entities (except to the extent a claim arises from their professional negligence), and service providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LongevityX MD is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we will first try to resolve disputes informally by writing to support@longevityxmd.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the Telehealth Consent are the agreement between you and LongevityX MD regarding the Website. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
